Welcome to the Journal of AI for a Sustainable Future (JASF), published by deepsAIght. This guide is intended to help authors prepare and submit manuscripts for peer review and publication. Please follow these guidelines carefully to ensure smooth processing.

📌 1. Scope of Submissions

JASF publishes original research articles, review papers, short communications, and case studies in the fields of:

• Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  
  

• Sustainable Technologies
  
  

• Engineering Applications for Sustainability
  
  

• Smart Infrastructure, Energy, Environment, and Mobility
  
  

• Cross-disciplinary applications involving AI, Data Science, and Sustainable Development
  
  

📄 2. Types of Manuscripts Accepted

• Original Research Articles (4000–7000 words)
  
  

• Review Articles (5000–8000 words)
  
  

• Short Communications (1500–3000 words)
  
  

• Case Studies / Technical Notes (2000–4000 words)
  
  

All submissions must be unpublished, original, and not under review elsewhere.

🧷 3. Manuscript Structure

Please submit your manuscript in the following format:

1. Title
   
   

2. Abstract (150–250 words)
   
   

3. Keywords (4–6)
   
   

4. Introduction
   
   

5. Materials and Methods / Methodology
   
   

6. Results and Discussion
   
   

7. Conclusions
   
   

8. Acknowledgements (if any)
   
   

9. References (Harvard style preferred)
   
   

📌 Use Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing. Submit in .doc or .docx format.

📎 4. Figures and Tables

• All figures should be high resolution (300 dpi) and numbered consecutively (Figure 1, Figure 2…).
  
  

• Tables must be numbered (Table 1, Table 2…) and include descriptive captions.
  
  

• Include all figures/tables within the main document at relevant places.
  
  

🧪 5. Referencing Style

Use the Harvard Referencing Style.
Example:

Smith, J. (2020). AI for sustainable cities. Sustainable Tech Journal, 12(3), pp. 45–58.

🛡️ 6. Plagiarism and Ethics

All submissions will be screened for plagiarism using standard tools. Submissions with more than 10% similarity (excluding references) will be rejected. Authors must adhere to ethical publication standards.

🕒 8. Peer Review Process

All articles undergo double-blind peer review by at least two reviewers. Review decisions will be communicated within 4–6 weeks of submission.

💳 9. Article Processing Charges (APC)

Currently, no fees are charged for submission, processing, or publication. (Subject to change in future.)
